Areas of responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain a global real estate portfolio database, consolidating architectural, technical, and financial data for strategic decision-making
2. Oversee the implementation and management of facility management services and contracts at the Headquarter as well as across all global locations, ensuring seamless execution at the local level
3. Conduct workplace audits, manage project reporting, and enforce strict cost and performance controls to optimize efficiency and budget management
4. Continuously enhance workplace environments to improve employee experience, operational effectiveness, and productivity
5. Lead sustainability initiatives to align facility management with corporate environmental goals
6. Develop and implement facility management policies, procedures, and best practices to standardize operations across regions
7. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership, suppliers, and service providers, to ensure high-quality facility management services
8. Provide leadership and guidance to facility management teams across different locations
Profile of qualification:
9. Extensive experience in senior facility management roles, overseeing multiple sites, preferably within the FMCG, fashion, retail, or hospitality industries
10. Strong leadership, analytical, and project management skills, with a strategic and results-driven mindset
11. Proven ability to manage large-scale facility operations, contracts, and budgets on a global level
12. Fluency in German and English, with strong proficiency in MS Office and facility management software
13. Experience in sustainability and energy efficiency initiatives is a plus
14. Willingness to travel internationally as required
