RWE Offshore Wind GmbH To start as soon as possible, full time, permanent The Logistics Coordinator reports to the Logistics & Planning Manager and is respon-sible for coordinating all logistics activities supporting offshore operations within the Trident Cluster, carried out from Helgoland and the Service Operation Vessel (SOV). The role ensures the efficient movement, storage, and documentation of materials, tools, and equipment, maintaining accuracy in SAP and ensuring compliance with customs, inspection, and waste management regulations. Working closely with O&M Coordinators, Technical Engineers, and Supply Chain teams, the Logistics Coordina-tor supports offshore campaigns by ensuring the timely availability and readiness of all required materials and equipment. The position requires flexibility to work from Helgoland and/or the SOV within a 14/14 rotational shift system, as operationally required. About the role Manage the movement of goods between various storage locations to ensure smooth operations of the Trident offshore wind farms. Handle work preparation and fol-low-up, including procurement, spare parts inventory maintenance, and cus-toms processing. Record and maintain goods movements and stock levels in SAP; conduct regular inventory checks. Issue, document, and procure tools and materials as required. Coordinate and prepare materials, tools, and safety equipment for offshore operations in close collaboration with other departments. Ensure timely and complete preparation of all required equipment for deployment. Carry out all mandatory inspections according to regulations. Manage waste disposal and haz-ardous materials in compliance with applicable safety and environmental regulations. Execute logistical tasks autonomously and responsibly within the assigned area. Job requirements and experience Completed vocational training in a technical or logis-tics field (e.g., logistics or warehouse specialist) or extensive relevant experi-ence. Several years of experience in warehouse man-agement and a solid understanding of wind turbine operations. Experience in material management and logis-tics for offshore wind turbines (SOV, CTV, Jack-up logistics). Proficient in MS Office and SAP S4Hana (MM/WM mod-ules). Strong knowledge of occupational safety standards and regulations. Fluent in German and English (spoken and writ-ten); offshore fitness certification and a valid class B driver's license re-quired. Willingness to work in a rotational shift system (14 days on / 14 days off). Highly flexible, resilient, proactive, and well-organized, with strong self-management and communication skills.
