The Operational Assistant plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations within the organization. Key responsibilities include providing administrative support, coordinating meetings and events, managing documents, and performing general secretarial duties.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the team by handling general office tasks, such as organizing meetings, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records.
* Assist with event planning, including arranging logistics, coordinating schedules, and overseeing event execution.
* Provide critical support to the Senior Cercle Administrator during their absence, ensuring business continuity and maintaining organizational standards.
Requirements:
* Secondary education level complemented by a 2-year certification in a relevant field or equivalent experience in an administrative support role.
* At least 3 years' experience in an administrative support position, preferably with knowledge of advanced Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
* Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to work well under limited supervision.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and initiative-taking.
