KG Organization SE CFO Business Unit Grid Technologies Full / Part time Full-time Experience Level Experienced Professional A Snapshot of Your Day During the day, you can expect to review footprint scenarios with cross-functional teams spanning Cluster, Factory, Network Development, PLM, and Strategy. You will consult closely on concept development and business case modelling, while also developing and adapting standards and tools such as costing structures and break-even models. In addition, you will partner with the FIN Cluster Head on specific issues and facilitate the exchange of best practices across clusters and factories.How You’ll Make an Impact
5. Create transparency and bring outside objective view to optimize resource allocation within factory network
6. Provide structure and develop standards to systematically evaluate allocation problems
7. Become a trusted partner to cluster and factory management
8. Identify benchmarks and facilitate best practice sharing within the manufacturing network
What You Bring
9. University Degree in Finance, Law, Economics or similar area
10. Extensive experience in finance roles within manufacturing operations and controlling
11. Proven advisory, compliance, and audit experience
12. Strong analytical skills and a high attention to detail
13. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with different stakeholders
14. Fluency in English is required, with German proficiency preferred. Willing to travel for business as needed
