What you can look forward to
* Collaboration in the project and application development team in the support of our HCM and / or HCM analytics or data warehouse solutions in the Software as a Service (SaaS) environment
* Analyzing business requirements in close coordination with the specialist department and developing and implementing the technical implementations together with the existing team
* Design and development of modern processes, services and interfaces
* Design and development of business processes, application modules and reports, including ETL development if necessary
Your profile
* Completed studies in (business) informatics or training in the IT sector with professional experience
* Practical implementation and support experience of SaaS solutions in the HCM environment
* Confident handling of modern interface solutions (e.g. REST) and integration platforms (e.g. Microsoft Azure Integration Services)
* Good knowledge of SaaS-relevant infrastructure components and IT security topics
* Good coordination, very good communication and presentation skills, assertiveness and a friendly and confident demeanor
* Analytical skills, project- & team-oriented thinking and acting, as well as an independent, structured way of working
* Business fluent German language skills (at least C1 level)
