Senior Recruiter (m/f/d) – Onsite in Oberhausen
To support our strong growth in Germany and across Europe, we are looking for a Senior Recruiter (m/f/d) to join our team in Oberhausen.
For this role, you will need to bring fluent German and English skills as well as relevant recruiting experience in logistics or e-commerce.

Your Responsibilities
* Manage the full end-to-end recruitment cycle for logistics and e-commerce roles
* Execute active sourcing and direct search strategies to identify top talent
* Partner closely with hiring managers and HR to understand needs and design recruiting strategies
* Ensure a smooth and structured onboarding process, guiding new hires during their first steps with JD Logistics
* Deliver a consistently strong candidate experience throughout the process
Your Profile
* Proven recruiting experience in a logistics or e-commerce environment (agency or inhouse)
* Ideally, first inhouse experience within an international company
* Fluent German and English – mandatory requirement
* Skilled in modern recruiting tools and applicant tracking systems (Workday)
* Strong communicator with a proactive and structured way of working
