Vice President, Operations & Maintenance - Renewable Energy - €Excellent Salary + Package

With a growing portfolio of renewable energy assets (including solar, wind, and battery storage) across over 5 countries, we are seeking an experienced and inspiring leader to drive operational excellence, innovation, and team engagement in the renewable energy sector.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure the safe, sustainable, compliant, reliable, and profitable operation of all facilities in accordance with legal, regulatory, and internal policy standards.
* Define and guide the vision, strategy, and direction of the renewables operations and maintenance function, working collaboratively across business areas to achieve organizational objectives.
* Lead & develop a diverse team, building the right mix of skills and competencies while promoting an inclusive, empowering, and high-performance culture.
* Strive for continuous performance improvement across the Wind, Solar & BESS portfolio, setting and delivering on ambitious targets.
* Partner closely with internal teams and the broader organisation to share knowledge & operational insights that inform and strengthen future projects and initiatives.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders locally, nationally & internationally (OEMs, third party service providers, and contractors).
Candidate Profile
* Be a role model for promoting a robust Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental (HSSE) culture.
* Degree in engineering (preferably electrical or renewable energy) or an equivalent professional qualification.
* Extensive experience in the operational management of renewable energy projects.
* Strong leadership experience in collaborative environments.
* A driver for continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence.
* Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on identifying and implementing process and performance improvements.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities in English, with a proven capacity to engage and collaborate across diverse teams and cultures.
* Highly organized with strong planning skills and the ability to effectively prioritize in complex operational settings.
* Positive, solution-focused attitude aligned with organizational values and best practices.
* Open to international travel as required by the role.
