You are a passionate host and approach our international guest clientele with warmth, openness and professionalism in order to make their event something special. You have organizational talent, keep an overview even in complex situations and always find a solution. No matter how many events, conferences and events are taking place at the same time - you have an overview of everything, whether administrative or operational.
What are your responsibilities are...
1. From the welcome to the farewell, you are the main contact person for the organizer during the event
2. You take care of changes on site
3. You take care of guest requests and complaints while keeping a cool head and always having a brilliant idea for a solution
4. You are responsible for ensuring that the event runs smoothly, this also includes taking part in meetings and good cooperation and coordination with other departments
5. You also take care of administrative tasks, such as managing deliveries or preparing signage
6. You enjoy being in contact with guests and occasionally assist with service
7. You communicate clearly with your superiors and other departments and are a real team player

8. You have solid professional experience in the upscale hotel/catering industry, ideally in the event/banquet sector
9. You tackle things and implement new trends with great creativity
10. Your strong awareness of quality and your high standards are evident in everything you do
11. You are a talented communicator with good knowledge of German and English

13. Your winning demeanor, your can-do attitude and hands-on mentality are a natural part of your personality
