Key Responsibilities:
* Be responsible for general ledger accounting and bookkeeping
* Responsible for the preparation and analysis of financial statements
* Responsible for tax management and compliance
* Be responsible for intercompany & AR/AP accounting and asset control
* Be responsible for internal control and process optimization
* Be responsible for budget formulation and control
Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required:
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
* Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA, Steuerberater) are a plus.
* Minimum 1 years of progressive finance or accounting experience, preferably in multinational companies.
* Strong knowledge of German GAAP (HGB), IFRS, and local tax regulations.
* Solid experience in budgeting, controlling, and financial reporting.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
