Examples of successful experience are as follows: Instructing children, teens, and parents in developing appropriate expectations of each other, relationships, and appropriate interactions in an educational setting. experience working with individuals who may be reluctant to participate in a self-improvement program (examples: alcoholics, prisoners, welfare recipients in a mandated job-finding class). Fluency in English (speaking, reading, and writing). Exhibit the ability to communicate in the English language, with references and/or High School/College Diploma or official transcript. Experience utilizing computer programs necessary for accomplishment of duties (i.e., MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, internet, and email). Most valuable is one (1) year of experience using these programs in a military setting, such as Army Community Service. The second most valuable would be one (1) year of experience using these programs in an office setting. Satisfactory is six (6) months of experience using these programs in an office setting. Experience managing files. Eighteen (18) months managing files in an Army setting is the most valuable, with one (1) year of such experience being the second most valuable.
