What you´ll do
* Interpret, build upon, modify, and comply with the company's operational hygiene assurance standards
* Support global inspections and audits to ensure productions meet hygienic standards
* Investigate and resolve product non-conformance issues, collaborating with relevant departments to implement corrective and preventive actions
* Perform microbiological analysis with focus on water and support in case of non-conformities
* Develop new supporting documentations for hygiene in production and for hygienic design, with improvements as needed, and create testing protocols
What makes you a good fit
* Bachelor/Master degree in Biological Engineering
* Minimum 2 years of experience in the field of production hygiene or water analysis
* Thorough knowledge of hygiene management, microbiology, and water analysis
* Problem-solving skills to identify root causes of issues and implement effective solutions as well as excellent communication skills for effective teamwork
* Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in hygiene assessments
* Fluent English skills
* Willigness to travel around 30%
