What you´ll do
* Define and execute global / regional / local account strategy, including annual revenue plan (KP) and target plan
* Dentifie business opportunities, steer business development budgets for agreed accounts and defined objectives
* Develop and maintain sustainable and long-term relationships with key accounts, key executives and sponsors
* Steer and support internal resources to execute account strategy
* Be responsible for timely and accurate admin. tasks supporting account strategy incl. sales forecast updates, monthly reports, etc.
* Generate and qualify sales leads for subsequent development
* Cultivate a better understanding of Henkel's relevant product portfolio into consulting engineering firms
* Conduct in-person and remote education events for product education and training of new contracting partners (Certified Applicators)
What makes you a good fit
* University degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
* Minimum 5 years relevant work experience in civil and/or water infrastructure
* Previous business development experience
* Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
* Fluent German and English skills, additional languages are a benefit
