What you will do as a Pastry Commis Chef:
* To assist the DCDP, CDP and Sous chef.
* To be able to follow instructions clearly.
* To be able to work well within a team.
* Producing a high standard of food for all outlets consistently excellent
* Ensuring the highest levels of hygiene and safety
* Maintaining areas of work and machinery
* Ensure the organization’s food policy and strategy in areas such as allergen management are implemented and followed
* Controlling the order and storage of food supplies
* To be able to work under pressure as required by business levels
* Continued learning and progression
* Enjoy your work, and experiences gained whilst working at Andaz
* To be flexible to work in other departments within the kitchen when required
About You:
* You are a highly organised and detail-oriented culinary professional.
* You possess excellent communication skills and a hands-on approach, you thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment and take pride in managing your section with precision and efficiency.
* You are passionate about food, committed to maintaining high standards, and work well both independently and as part of a team.
