Your Responsibilities:
8. Contribute to Industrial System Design for Airbus Final Assembly Lines for current and future programs
9. Support key industrialization projects with manufacturing line design skills to ensure measurable benefits and long-term performance
10. Evaluate and challenge current and future industrial solutions, providing recommendations to Industrial Architects
11. Develop manufacturing line design ways of working to meet business priorities
12. Implement Lean and continuous improvement (KVP) principles in processes and workflows
13. Collaborate closely with multiple FAL programs and stakeholders across the organization
14. Utilize digital tools and simulations to analyze and optimize industrial performance
Your Qualification:
15. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Industrial / Manufacturing Engineering, Vehicle Engineering or Industrial Engineering
16. Professional Experience in Engineering, Jigs & Tools, Manufacturing Engineering or Process Improvement
17. experience in project support for industrialization or line design
18. experience with Lean Management / KVP principles and in simulation of processes is an advantage
19. Technical Skills in SAP and CATIA V5
20. Good knowledge of Google Workspace
21. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
22. Fluent in English
23. German is a plus
