Luxe Talent, an international recruitment and selection agency specializing in Retail, Fashion, and Luxury, is looking for a Store Manager for a fast-growing, well-funded D2C brand operating in the premium design and lifestyle segment, with a strong focus on product quality, craftsmanship, and customer experience, located in Frankfurt.

Your responsibilities
* Lead and manage daily store operations, ensuring operational excellence and brand consistency.
* Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team.
* Deliver an outstanding in-store customer experience through expert product guidance and service excellence.
* Implement visual merchandising guidelines aligned with seasonal priorities and campaigns.
* Manage inventory, stock accuracy, and product availability.
* Drive sales performance using data-driven insights and on-floor leadership.
* Build local partnerships and community engagement to increase store visibility and footfall.

Your profile
* Native-level German and strong professional English.
* 5–7+ years of experience in a Store Manager or similar role within premium, design-focused retail (fashion, home, lifestyle, furniture).
* Strong leadership, commercial acumen, and operational mindset.
* Data-driven, organized, hands-on, and resilient in fast-paced environments.

* Experience opening or scaling new stores
* Background in furniture, interiors, or home design
* Familiarity with omnichannel tools and CRM systems
