Learning & Development Specialist
About the Role:
* The Learning & Development Agent will be the primary point of contact for the Learning & Development service.
* Key responsibilities include providing training administration, planning, logistics, and coordination of courses.
* This role also involves sourcing learning & development suppliers, maintaining records of agreements and terms.
* The ideal candidate will monitor course administration and ensure efficient establishment of annual learning reviews.
* Additionally, they will support selection of appropriate learning materials and programs.
* The Learning & Development Agent will participate in onboarding program of new hires.
* Responsibilities also include ensuring purchase order creation, monitoring invoices, and payment.
Requirements:
* A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
* Candidates must be able to communicate with clarity, empathy, confidence, and engage diverse audiences.
* The ideal candidate should be proactive and have a service-oriented mindset.
* Demonstrate commitment and ownership in daily tasks and broader initiatives.
* Show initiative and continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and outcomes.
