About the Role - Investment Analyst
Build and maintain complex financial models for real estate acquisitions and disposals
Support investment decisions by analyzing residential and office properties
Qualifications - 1–3 years of experience in real estate investment, private equity, or finance
Strong skills in Excel-based financial modeling (knowledge of Argus or similar tools is a plus)
Fluent in German and Englisch
