We are looking for a dedicated HR Generalist / Personnel Officer (m/f/d) for our client in Monheim am Rhein as soon as possible. In this role, you will be the central point of contact for all HR Operations topics and ensure a smooth process along the entire employee lifecycle.

Your tasks
10. Independent support of HR processes along the employee life cycle (onboarding, transfers, promotions, offboarding)
11. Preparation of offers and implementation of job leveling processes
12. Contact person for HR business partners and managers for questions regarding guidelines, processes and labor law issues
13. Maintaining and developing the organizational structure in the SAP SuccessFactors HR system
14. Quality assurance of HR data and creation of local HR reports
15. Participation in global HR projects and talent processes
16. Working closely with the works council and ensuring compliance with local labor law regulations
Your profile
17. At least 5 years of professional experience in HR, ideally in an international, matrix-organized company
18. Very good knowledge of German labor law as well as HR operations and employee lifecycle management
19. Experience in working with works councils
20. High digital affinity, experience with HR systems (ideally SAP SuccessFactors)
21. Strong communication skills and a confident manner towards managers
22. Experience in working with sales-related teams or dynamic business units
23. Fluency in written and spokenGerman and English
