Aufgaben
The candidate be part of the IT department supporting applications used by Information Security Management and IT Operations teams.
Her / his role is to be part of both ongoing projects and run activities. The current roadmap aims at:
1. Improving the application running our IT Service Management processes and specifically the CMDB,
2. Improving the Job monitoring tool
3. Supporting the stabilization of the newly introduced GRC-Tool and further improvements of the application
4. Supporting several other initiatives of Information Security Management
The candidate will be a Business Analyst, managing the delivery, quality of service and supporting enhancements of the respective IT landscape to meet business requirements.
Exciting tasks await you:
Facing the business contacts / end-users in Frankfurt and Paris:
5. Qualify, challenge and frame the needs directly with the operational business lines or their representative
6. Rationalization of business case, formalization of rational and preparation of synthesis for decision-making by top management
7. Identification of architecture impacts, definition of target functional and technical architecture
8. Manage the governance committees (English), workshop…
9. Design the features (UI / logic / data), and model functionally the system (sequence, dependencies…)
10. Manage Incident process: qualification, functional analysis, coordination, resolution plan
11. Manage change requests in accordance with the service budget and framework
12. Design Workbreakdown structure, planning and budget management
Facing the developer teams in Tunisia and Frankfurt:
13. Write detailed functional specifications (User Stories)
14. Provide functional support to developers
15. Acceptance test and validation of functionalities
16. Documentation of the functionalities
Facing Head of IT for ISM & IT Operations in Frankfurt:
17. Project and progress reporting
18. Reporting of alerts, risks and proposed solutions
Anforderungsprofil
19. Completed studies in an engineering school or Master's degree in IT
20. 2-3 years experience working in IT department
21. Knowledge of IT Service Management processes and CMDB
22. Excellent written communication, synthesis as well as interpersonal skills
23. Communication skills, commitment, critical thinking
24. Organizational skills, ability to work independently, sense of responsibility
25. Fluent in English, French or German is expected
26. Already experienced on internal development following an Agile methodology
