We are seeking an experienced Technical Marketing & Business Development Manager to drive the growth and strategic positioning of advanced base station antenna solutions across Germany and the wider European market.
This role combines strong RF and antenna expertise with commercial strategy, customer engagement, and market expansion. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping regional go-to-market approaches, strengthening relationships with mobile network operators, and influencing future product direction within a global telecommunications technology environment.
Key Responsibilities
Market & Growth Strategy Develop and execute regional go-to-market strategies for base station antenna solutions. Identify growth opportunities based on customer requirements, network evolution, and competitive positioning. Support long-term business expansion initiatives to strengthen market presence. Customer & Stakeholder Engagement Serve as a technical and commercial interface between customers, sales teams, R&D, and external partners. Build trusted relationships with mobile network operators and ecosystem partners. Capture current and future operator requirements and translate them into actionable business plans. Portfolio & Roadmap Contribution Analyze market trends, competitive dynamics, and operator demands to shape product strategy. Contribute to solution definition, product planning, and feature prioritization. Support the introduction of new antenna technologies and innovations into the regional market. Business Development & Solution Promotion Collaborate with account teams to position antenna solutions effectively. Provide technical and strategic input during customer engagements. Identify cross-selling and value-creation opportunities. Industry & Standards Participation Engage in relevant industry forums and antenna-related standardization initiatives. Monitor regulatory and technology developments influencing antenna deployment.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field (RF/Electromagnetics preferred). Proven experience in antenna solutions, RAN systems, or RF technologies within sales, product management, marketing, or engineering. Strong network and established relationships with mobile network operators are highly desirable. Ability to translate technical capabilities into commercial value propositions. Experience coordinating cross-functional and international projects. Excellent communication and presentation skills in English. Willingness to travel internationally (approximately 30%). Ability to work onsite in Munich when not traveling.
