Job Purpose
As a Digital Operations Manager (m/w/d) you will play a key role in the management and coordination of the European digital teams activities related to their websites. You will bridge the gaps between local teams and regional HQ in Offenbach, Germany and coordinate the development of market operations and organization to ensure the continuous evolution of the European Hyundai Web Platform.
You will coordinate and support digital marketing projects, interact with external partners ensuring proper collaboration and cooperation to deliver high quality services, coordinate workflows with internal interfaces to support shared planning and mutual understanding and support the communication and implementation of processes, policies and systems in the areas of responsibility.
We want you to:
* Be the key contact for the European digital teams for all activities and questions related to their website
* Ensure a constant communication flow between the Regional HQ and the European markets on all website related topics and activities like new developments, improvements, planned activities
* Measure and monitor the performances of the local websites by analyzing their web traffic and other data against defined KPIs and identify improvement areas and actions
* Consult and support the European digital teams in the implementation of activities aimed to improve the performance of their websites like A/B testing
* Support the rollout and activation of website optimization tools on the local websites like website personalization tool
* Monitor, benchmark and share learnings from best practice in Automotive and the European markets to drive innovation
* Ensure that all European websites are compliant with the Hyundai Brand Guidelines
* Coordinate, set up and maintain design guidelines and manuals
* Proactively look for new trends and technologies for improving the European websites user experience
* Collaborate closely with Media team to improve overall reporting on KPIs
* Help to define, implement and maintain a market governance model and related processes
About you:
*
* Minimum 5 years of experience in related position or specialization preferably within marketing department and Automotive sector
* University Degree (Bachelor/MBA etc.) or equivalent experience in Digital Marketing
* Knowledge and experience with web analysis tools (e.g. Google Analytics),
* Excellent organization skills and project management skills
* Experience with tools like JIRA and Confluence
* Goal oriented personality with an entrepreneurial mindset
* Experience in working in agile environment
* Fluency in English verbal and written
