As Chief of Staff (f/m/d) for GT PRM (Grid Technologies, Product Management), you’ll be at the heart of our portfolio strategy, working side‑by‑side with the VP – Global Head of PRM to turn vision into results. You’ll start by aligning priorities across PRM teams, preparing insights for high‑stakes meetings, and ensuring leadership is always working with the best possible information. Through the day, you combine strategic thinking with operational excellence — shaping high‑quality presentations, synthesising input from Technology Management, Agile Transformation, Portfolio 2035, and Execution Units, and translating complex topics into clear recommendations. You’ll connect talent and ideas across GT, enabling consistent communication and momentum on cross‑functional initiatives. Whether structuring dashboards, drafting leadership updates, organising workshops, or representing PRM in collaboration forums, you’ll be the catalyst that keeps strategy moving forward. By the end of the day, you’ll capture decisions, track follow‑ups, and prepare the VP for upcoming engagements — making sure priorities are advanced and opportunities realised.
