Vacancy: (Junior) Legal Counsel (f/m/x) - We are looking for a / an (Junior) Legal Counsel (f/m/x) to start immediately for our client, a company based in the München area.

Your Responsibilities as (Junior) Legal Counsel (f/m/x)
* Provide legal support to both front and back-office functions, including management, for Protiviti and Robert Half in Germany
* Assist with drafting contracts, agreements, and related documents in commercial and employment matters, and participate in negotiations where necessary
* Help to keep templates for commercial and employment contracts, documents, policies, and forms legally up to date
* Provide legal support for back-office departments of Protiviti and Robert Half
* Maintain an up-to-date understanding of local legislation, especially commercial and employment law, and ensure local practices are compliant
* Act as a backup for other members of the Legal Department
Your Qualification and Skills
* Law degree (Second State Examination or fully qualified lawyer), preferably with a specialization in employment law and knowledge of commercial contract law
* Excellent written and spoken communication skills in German and English; proficiency in another European language, especially French, is a strong advantage
* Outstanding negotiation and analytical skills
* Problem solver with attention to detail and accuracy
* Initial professional work experience
