What You Will Do: Establish first contact with potential clients and introduce our services U nderstand client needs, provide tailored recruitment solutions, and prepare proposals Manage contract negotiations and secure client agreements Work efficiently with Talent Partners to source the right candidate for the right job Utilize Workforce Global CRM tool to follow up on clients and provide regular reports.
