The Role: Lead high-performing, hard working Corporate Sales teams focusing on accelerating growth and exceeding customer expectations for the German and Austrian Mid-Market segment, ensuring you attract and retain top talent. Have an entrepreneurial leadership style, with full responsibility to lead, drive and deliver new Cloud sales revenues across Applications. Implement the Oracle Applications strategy throughout the territory, driving customer success. Manage Rep performance through objectives, targets and with regular, transparent 1:1 feedback. Develop long-term sustainable relations with senior-level customers and partners. Collaborate with successful and supportive functions, enabling you and your team’s success. Requirements of Candidates: Experience selling SaaS solutions in the German mid-market Successful history of driving a significant Sales Target Prior experience working at major competitors within the German Mid-Market applications landscape, with direct customer engagement Broad applications domain expertise in the German Mid-Market, especially in Manufacturing and Retail Track record of driving digital transformation through conceptual, technical, and consultative solution selling High performance track record Management potential or capabilities Native German speaking and fluent English, with strong business acumen International exposure and experience collaborating with (virtual) multinational teams At Oracle, we don’t just respect differences—we celebrate them.
