Automotive Inspection Engineer
Job Description
Our family-owned business has been a reliable partner for our customers and clients since 1981. We conduct vehicle damage assessments to regulate accident damages and perform regular inspections in accordance with §29 StVZO on behalf of GTÜ Stuttgart.
Our team consists of highly trained and motivated colleagues who have established an excellent reputation in the fields of damage assessment and vehicle valuations over many years.
We are looking to strengthen our team in Traunstein and therefore seek candidates for the position of Automotive Inspection Engineer (m/w/d).
Key responsibilities:
* Regular main and emissions tests on vehicles as well as safety inspections on trailers and HGVs
* Changeover acceptance according to §19.3 StVZO; possibly individual acceptance according to §19(2) in conjunction with §21 StVZO and comprehensive damage assessments according to §21 StVZO
* Preparation of inspection reports and technical expert opinions
* As an expert, you will be a trusted point of contact for our customers and utilize your network to win new customers.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A successful completion of studies in automotive technology, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or a similar field
* Familiarity with modern IT and EDV systems
* Dienstleistungsorientierte, self-employed and responsible work approach
* Possibly holding driver's licenses for classes A, B, and CE, as well as being willing to work locally in the field
