Digital Technology PM/PMO Manager - Program Controlling (f/m/d)Digital Technology PM/PMO Manager - Program Controlling (f/m/d) role at E.ON Digital TechnologyOverviewYou independently manage and operationally drive Program Controlling dedicated work packages and/or workstreams for Top Strategic Digital Technology projects; aiming to drive digitization cross-regionally and cross-functionally and turning E.ON into a digital-first energy company.Your RoleMeaningful & rewarding work in leading program control and governance activities. You prepare senior stakeholder communication, decision papers and Steering Committees, driving the direction for our programs via these decision makers You support the design and setup of the project governance to enable efficient decision-making, reporting and communication across all stakeholders You are responsible for Program Controlling activities including alignments with central Controlling (BuCo), root-cause analyses, forecast, PnL, etc. You autonomously monitor and report the project risks and develop suitable countermeasures You operationally manage external partners, including on-shore and off-shore resources by using the appropriate frameworks and internal processes, incl. vendor ordering, time bookings approval, etc. You are welcome to engage in building our Expert Services practice; participating in various capability building activities Your ProfileAuthentic & open-minded You have a university degree in Business, Controlling, Finance or a related field You have several years of experience working in digital technology projects and bring in knowledge in project management and agile tools and methods You have several years of experience working in controlling, finance or auditing with/for multinational organizations You have solid consulting skills from problem-solving, effective communication and customer orientation to deep organization and planning skills You have technology knowledge and functional expertise in at least one of: Business Transformation, Change Management, Digital Service & Platform Development, Rollout & Industrialization You have advanced knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Teams, Excel, PowerPoint), Atlassian tools and relevant Controlling applications You have fluency in English and German (spoken and written) Our Benefits Enjoy flexibility: We combine coming to the office and working from home.
