IT Support Specialist
We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-centric mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain and repair end-user devices in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and manufacturer guidelines.
* Provide level 2 IT support via ServiceNow, adhering to service level agreements (SLAs).
* Collaborate with vendors to resolve hardware issues and take ownership of complex incidents.
* Manage accurate asset records in the Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
* Serve as primary IT support for multiple locations across Europe, including occasional remote assistance.
* Participate in IT-related projects and provide on-site or remote support as needed.
* Represent and promote IT services within the organization.
The successful candidate will have:
* Strong proficiency in Windows 10, VPN, Citrix, and Microsoft 365.
* Experience with end-user devices, mobile device setup, and peripherals such as printers and scanners.
* Familiarity with Wi-Fi/WLAN, video conferencing, and collaboration tools.
* A basic understanding of warehouse operations and handheld device configuration.
* Knowledge of IT infrastructure, file/print services, Active Directory, and server/network troubleshooting.
* Familiarity with ITSM tools and ITIL V3 Foundation certification.
* Excellent problem-solving ability, time management skills, and collaboration skills across all levels.
* Good English language skills.
