Our Heart Failure & Disease Management team is responsible for products and services for Heart Failure care such as Cardiac Resynchronization Therapy devices, as well as innovative Disease Management Solutions.
Your tasks
1. You are responsible for the future outlook and strategic roadmap for the heart failure therapy segment
2. You drive the market intelligence and research in order to identify needs and opportunities as well as establish competitive profiles
3. You are responsible for the requirement specification, definition, conceptual development of digital products and medical devices throughout their entire life cycle.
4. You are responsible for planning and developing projects by generating and prioritizing new product ideas, defining product strategies and maintaining product roadmaps
5. You work closely with KOLs, doctors, clinical staff and patients (including on site) to identify and understand our customers needs.
6. You assemble balanced Advisory Boards for true market insight
7. You direct market research and collect feedback from internal stakeholders
8. In partnership with the PMO/Strategy team, you run business cases for the Therapy area to recommend future products and direction
9. You support our Portfolio Director with business cases and long-term market modelling to build an annual 5 year strategic plan
10. You partner with Product Management on business cases through creation, hand-off to project commitment and monitor assumptions through development/clinical and launch
Your profile
11. you are a strong strategic-minded and experienced Marketer
12. you have a medical technology background and a minimum of 5 years work experience
13. you have a a solid grasp of the disease area
14. you think forward looking about where the market/competitors are going in order to recommend where we should be
15. You are fluent in English both spoken and written, knowledge of German is a plus.
16. Your work well in an international environment and are looking forward to travel to interact with our customers and regional interfaces
17. You attend congresses and key meetings to stay up on latest market trends therefore are willing to travel 30%, sometimes internationally
