Who we are looking for We are searching for a passionate and innovative culinary talent with strong leadership experience – someone who can bring bold culinary visions to life while guiding a team toward success. What your responsibilities are You manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the kitchen and support the Executive Head Chef with administrative tasks. You are responsible for over 20 event spaces and ensure that functions for up to 700 guests run smoothly and professionally. Even during large-scale events, you remain organized and lead your team with clear communication and structure. You develop creative, innovative menus and costings in line with our F&B concept and continuously evolve our coffee break offerings into true “talking points” of every meeting. You increase productivity and efficiency across your areas of responsibility, while always maintaining high standards of quality. In close collaboration with the service team, you help ensure seamless event execution. You oversee cleanliness, maintenance, and HACCP compliance in the kitchen and are also responsible for ordering and managing food and inventory in coordination with the Executive Head Chef. You are a true team player, working hand-in-hand with all F&B departments and the broader leadership team. You drive the growth of our kitchen team, mentor apprentices, and are eager to share your expertise. Social media is no mystery to you, and you regularly provide creative content to support our marketing team and strengthen our brand presence. What we expect from you You bring several years of experience in a comparable role as Executive Sous Chef – or you are currently a Chef de Cuisine ready to take the next step in your career. You have a solid knowledge of banquet production and/or catering business. You embrace a modern leadership style and have a strong track record in leading and motivating teams. Your creativity and hands-on mindset are matched by a keen eye for culinary trends. A deep commitment to quality and excellence defines everything you do. You are a skilled communicator with solid German and English skills and possess the business acumen and organizational know-how to make sound decisions. Your confident, positive attitude and hands-on approach are natural aspects of your personality. Your dedication to guests and performance excellence inspires those around you.
