Pacific International is currently recruiting for a newly created full-time Human Resources Manager position to be based in either the London or Dusseldorf office, due to exceptional growth and expansion.
As the sole leader for people and culture within our company, you will work closely with our leadership team to drive our people strategy and support various HR functions. This position is critical to the success of our fast-paced, growing business, with a strong focus on talent management, capability building and engagement.
Bachelor’s degree – preferred business, human resources or commercial discipline
Knowledge of UK and German laws/legislations is paramount.
Strong knowledge of corporate governance, talent and performance management.
Track record in leading and supporting organizational change.
Proficiency in IT systems and software programs.
