You will join the Europe HVAC Solutions organization of LG Electronics, focused on Heating, Hot Water, Ventilation and Air Conditioning for both commercial and residential applications.
Roles & Responsibilities
In this role you will drive quality management initiatives across the entire European HVAC product portfolio, support its service operations, ensuring smooth processes and minimizing customer pain points, and collaborate with HQ and European subsidiaries to enhance service capabilities and operational excellence.
* Collaborate with HQ to implement quality control measures and identify improvement opportunities.
* Monitor and manage EU HVAC Service KPIs to ensure performance excellence
* Support Subsidiaries in resolving challenges and strengthening HVAC service capabilities
* Assist in setting up processes for service business expansion
* Maintain strong communication with Subsidiaries across the Europe region, EU SCM and Korea HQ

Required qualifications, skills and experience
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, ideally with specialization in Customer Service Management or Service Operations
* Up to 3 years’ experience in a service operations/support role, ideally in the HVAC industry and in a multicultural corporate environment
* Strong interpersonal skills, able to communicate and engage with a wide range of stakeholders
* Problem-solving mindset, and a “can-do” attitude
* Ability to work independently while staying connected with the team
* Strong analytical skills and experience in data analysis/reporting
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint)
* Fluent in Korean and English, both written and spoken
