As Product Planning Specialist you will focus on establishing a product strategy and product / technology road map of Europe Home Appliance that wins the market by providing differentiated products and services.
Market Sensing & Insight mining
1. Europe appliance market data acquisition and GFK data analysis (sales data)
2. New technology and competition trend from on / offline shop and exhibition visiting
3. Comparison of competitor product specifications
4. Detailed analysis of competitor`s new products
Analysis of customer response after launch of own/competitor products
5. Gathering voice of customer
6. Organizing customer needs and complaints based on customer and salesperson feedback
7. Reporting product usage status through home visits and interviews
Your qualifications
8. Bachelor degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration or related field
9. Minimum 3 years' experience in similar role, ideally in the Home Appliance industry
10. Strong knowledge of the Home Appliance market in Europe
11. Solid experience in market and technology trend research, quantitative and qualitative consumer surveys
12. Excellent skills in data driven research methodology and big data analysis
13. Strong communication and reporting skills
14. High level of organization and management of several tasks simultaneously
15. Proactive mindset with strong focus on execution and resolution of complex challenges in a team environment
16. Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Power Point)
17. Fluent in German and English
