Senior Technician – Robotic Systems (m/f/d)
* Commission and maintain advanced robotic and automation systems both in-house and on-site at customer locations worldwide
* Program and optimize robotic applications (e.g., KUKA, ABB, FANUC, ) to meet project specifications
* Inspect and prepare critical components based on technical drawings before assembly
* Assemble mechanical subcomponents and entire systems
* Perform pneumatic installations and electrical pre-wiring of system modules
* Support customer communication on technical topics
* Create safety protocols, operating manuals, and documentation
* Coordinate on-site resources and support project progress planning
* Train and guide customer personnel in system operation
* Conduct maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs for optimal system uptime
* Document service work and provide detailed reports
* Contribute to continuous improvement processes and system performance optimization
* Support the disassembly and packaging of systems for global delivery
* Mentor and train junior technicians and apprentices at Hexin Group
* Serve as backup for lead technicians in managing on-site teams
* Completed training as Mechatronics Technician, Industrial Mechanic, or equivalent qualification
* Several years of hands-on experience in automation, ideally with a focus on robotic programming
* Solid technical understanding and problem-solving mindset
* Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
* Open to working in multicultural, international environments
* Fluent in German or English; Chinese is a plus
* Independent, structured, and proactive working style
* Valid Class B driving license is a plus
* Willingness to business trips
