• 5+ years of experience in SAP HCM, focused on German Payroll configuration. • Strong understanding of statutory regulations for Germany (tax, social insurance, collective agreements).
• Proven experience in full-cycle implementations: blueprinting, customizing, and go-live support.
• Working knowledge of integration with PA, OM, and Time Management modules.
• Ability to write functional specifications and collaborate effectively with technical teams.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
