As part of our Global Product Strategy Team, you’ll enhance customer satisfaction and drive global growth and profitability through innovative projects for millions of customers across our worldwide portfolio of platforms (FoodPanda, Pedidos Ya, Woowa, Yemeksepeti, Foodora, Talabat, HungerStation, eFood, and Glovo).
The Global Product Strategy Team drives product strategy and innovation by leveraging data to provide actionable insights on customers and products, contributing to business success. This particular role is based in Berlin.
The main responsibilities of the Product Analytics Team include:
1. Data Strategy & Ownership: Define key metrics and ambitious goals for workstreams. Own the development of data pipelines and self-service dashboards to foster a self-serve analytics environment within the team. Ensure efficient tracking, reporting, and quality assurance (QA) of data.
2. Stakeholder Collaboration & Insight Delivery: Work closely with diverse stakeholders (, Product Managers, internal customers) to deeply understand business problems. Apply rigorous quantitative analysis on structured and semi-structured data to extract meaningful insights. Articulate and present data-driven recommendations effectively to influence global product strategy across various domains (Restaurants, Quick Commerce, Growth, Vendor, Content).
3. Exploratory & Generative Research: Proactively explore data to uncover insights that shape the product strategy and roadmap. Apply a product-focused lens to data exploration and collaborate with data professionals to create actionable, operational datasets for the team.
4. Experimentation & Data-Driven Culture: Champion an experimentation culture across the organization. Drive excellence in experimentation by setting up guardrail metrics and enhancing analytics rigor to ensure product decisions are data-informed.
5. Team Development & Growth: Contribute to the professional development of fellow product analysts through knowledge sharing, optimizing workflows, and participating in talent acquisition and onboarding.
Qualifications
6. 2+ years experience in the analytics space in rapidly growing and dynamic environments, ideally with a broad mission scope or several stakeholders
7. Critical thinking and creative problem solver who loves learning strives for excellence
8. Love for engaging people across the company with your enthusiasm for making positive change and promoting a data driven culture
9. Good SQL and data wrangling skills
10. Experience with visualization tools (Looker studio, Tableau, Power BI)
11. Good written and verbal English communication skills
12. Experience with data orchestration tools (DBT, Airflow) and knowledge of data architectures a plus
13. Experience with experimentation, knowledge about statistical test design and analysis, preferably with hands-on experience in designing and running A/B tests at scale
14. Experience with Python, BigQuery and Google Cloud Platform
15. Experience in the Customer Experience domain
