Associate Origination (m/f/d) We are looking for an Associate Origination (m/f/d) to join our European Debt team, based in Munich, at the earliest possible date.Financial and cash flow modeling to assess and quantify the risk principles associated with new real estate financing opportunities
Supports smooth handover to loan management team
Advanced graduate degree in Real Estate, Management, Finance, Economics or similar qualifications CFA or RICS is a plus
~ Excellent modelling skills on Excel
~ Fluent in English and Geman, an additional European language is a plus
~ Proficiency in MS Office Suite; highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
~ Experience in an international and multicultural business environment
~ Ability to navigate across different projects and departments and to work with a wide variety of different people in the organization
~ Hands-on-mentality and persistence to carry out projects and tasks
