In this role, you will shape growth and profitability of the Customer Services business while driving transformation and operational excellence across EMEA. Reporting to the EMEA Finance Head, you’ll partner closely with the EMEA CS leadership team to achieve strategic and financial goals. Your responsibilities: Partner closely with EMEA Customer Services leadership to shape and implement strategy, strengthen financial performance, ensure operational excellence, and drive continuous improvements across all service processes, fully aligned with global and regional goals. Lead financial planning, forecasting, and in-depth analysis to achieve growth, profitability, and productivity targets; identify improvement opportunities, set financial priorities, and ensure strong alignment with all business lines and functions. Develop and implement measures to optimize cost structures, improve cash flow and balance sheet performance, and identify transformational levers to strengthen the financial foundation and operational agility of the service organization. Drive digital transformation initiatives and introduce new, innovative revenue models; support organizational change and business model evolution to position Customer Services for long-term success in a rapidly changing healthcare environment. Deliver transparent and meaningful financial reporting, proactively manage and track key performance metrics, and lead cross-functional projects to improve productivity, efficiency, and overall service quality throughout the region. Build, develop, and empower a high-performing finance team by creating a motivating and inclusive culture; attract top talent, provide ongoing coaching, and promote growth opportunities to strengthen organizational capabilities and resilience. Serve as a role model and mentor for the finance community; inspire collaboration, support talent development, and drive a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and shared accountability across EMEA and global finance teams. Your profile: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Extensive financial leadership experience, ideally in Healthcare MedTech or a similar international, matrixed environment. Deep cross-functional finance expertise, including performance controlling, accounting, CRM, SCM, and PLM processes. In-depth knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP), financial systems, and solid understanding of accounting and value flows. Strong strategic and analytical skills, with proven ability to drive business performance improvements and manage complex financial projects. Advanced organizational leadership skills, including people development, team motivation, and leading without formal authority. Excellent ability to build and maintain strong relationships and collaborate effectively across global functions and senior management teams.
