Renesas is looking for proactive and result-oriented (Senior) Staff Marketing Manager – Motor Control based out of our Duesseldorf/Munich office in Germany. 
Renesas is accelerating its roadmap for motor control solutions. As technology marketing manager, you are responsible for leading global promotion and business creation for Renesas Motor Control Solutions.
Your Role: 
 1. Lead the global promotion of the Renesas Motor Control solutions. 
 2. Demonstrate expertise in Renesas Motor Control solutions, with the capability to understand and articulate complex technical matters. 
 3. Competitive intelligence – track key competitors and their activities, develop competitive analysis reports to help develop competitive go to market plans. 
 4. Collaborate with global marketing, Sales, field engineering, and leadership to identify, qualify and secure business opportunities for Renesas Motor Control products. Understand Motor Control specific needs for each global sales region. 
 5. Create presentations, flyers, tutorials; present and deliver information to potential webinars, trade shows, conferences and selected key customer meetings 
 6. Cross-functional collaboration – build strong relationships with all promotion channel stakeholders: market communication, Renesas 365 cloud, eco-system partners, user organization. 
 7. Sales enablement and internal training – develop presentations and support sales materials; ensure sales team and partners can clearly articulate the value proposition of the solution, manage internal communications, and help to train sales and distribution teams. 
 8. Create/orchestrate application notes / whitepapers and get involved in proof of concepts relating technicalities of the Renesas Motor Control solutions
 9. Arrange Proof of Concepts and Testbed activities with potential partners. Extend the Renesas motor control partner network 
Qualifications
Your profile:
 10. M.Sc in Electrical/Electronic engineering or equivalent. MBA a plus 
 11. Experience/Deep understanding of Motor Control Technology 
 12. Openness to explore new technologies and markets to derive implementation recommendations from that. 
 13. Ability to build and maintain excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

 14. Proven track record of transforming technical and market requirements into business cases.
Semiconductor Marketing experience preferred. 
 15. Excellent customer focus with strong communication skills. 
 16. Result-oriented, self-organized, self-motivated with independence of thought.
