Customer Service Representative Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients through various communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle incoming calls, chats, social media, and email communications with customers or individuals interested in learning more about our products.
* Resolve customer inquiries, provide support on technical issues, and product information.
* Offer advice about our products via outbound calls to new and existing customers, aiming to optimize the use of our products.
* Guide customers through the online purchasing process.
* Stay up-to-date on new products, marketing initiatives, and policy/regulatory changes.
* Deliver excellent customer experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Excellent knowledge of German (both verbal and written).
* Good English language skills.
* Computer literacy (MS Windows, Internet applications, etc.).
* A positive mindset and pleasant personality.
* Willingness to train and learn new skills, integrity, and passion for learning.
* Accountability when handling sensitive information.
* Previous working experience in a similar customer service position is an advantage.
