Join our international team in Porto as a Customer Service Representative supporting diabetes medical devices. In this role, you wont just answer questions — you'll help patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals navigate solutions that genuinely improve quality of life.
Your Role
As part of a dynamic and people-focused support team, you will:
- Deliver high-quality customer service in German (C2), with English (C1) for internal communication
- Handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy
- Support patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals with clear and accurate guidance
- Assist with product usage and basic troubleshooting while following quality and compliance standards
- Collaborate closely with your Team Leader to ensure service excellence
Work Schedule
- Monday to Sunday – 24/7 rotating shifts
- Occasional night shifts (22:00–07:00)
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: €1,100 gross/month (paid 14 months)
- Attendance Bonus: €400 gross/month (paid 11 months)
- Meal Allowance: €7.63 net per working day
- Relocation support for a smooth move to sunny Porto
Requirements
- Fluent German (C2) and advanced English (C1)
- EU citizenship or valid work permit
- Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills
- Comfort working in rotating shifts within a multicultural environment
- Customer service or healthcare experience is a plus — full training provided
