We are looking for you, located in Bonn, Trier, Bordeaux or 100 % remote in Germany or France as a
Program Manager (m/f/d)
Your tasks:
1. is responsible for the launch and execution of multiple related projects in the region UKI
2. align program goals with business strategies and ensure measurable outcomes
3. manage cross-project interdependencies, resources, and schedules.
4. collaborate closely with project managers / release manager to ensure consistency and alignment
5. Identify, track, and mitigate risks and issues on a program level
6. provide regular status updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders
7. drive program governance and decision-making processes
8. facilitate communication and alignment between technical teams, business units, and external partners
You bring along:
9. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Informatics or a related field
10. 5+ years of experience in program or large-scale project management in the IT domain.
11. Strong and tested project management skills including risk management.
12. Experience managing cross-functional and distributed teams
13. Solid understanding of IT systems, software development lifecycles, and infrastructure projects
14. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
15. Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and risks across multiple projects
16. Good English knowledge (C1 Nivea).
17. Experience with Agile and/or hybrid project environments
18. Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, or similar
19. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
20. Very strong communication skills towards internal and external stakeholders
