For our client in the aerospace industry, we are looking for motivated candidates for the following position in Taufkirchen Germany with immediate effect:
job description:
1. Perform defined quality inspection tasks for products and services covering key and mandatory inspection points. This includes incoming inspection, inspection of all operations during manufacturing, assembly, integration, test, maintenance, repair and overhaul, and final conformance inspection prior to delivery using traditional and new methods (e.g. virtual & augmented reality)
2. For software, this would correspond to inspection of coding and integration
3. During the inspection tasks the jobholder will identify all deviations and attest the conformity of the product/service to the design or by using an inspection checklist/plan
4. In case of deviations he/she will carry out investigations into any quality issues, e.g. at shop floor level or software production, propose containment actions, manage and/or support the search for root causes and propose corrective and preventive actions as well as improvements
5. The jobholder will also verify that the industrial environment, facilities, hardware, jigs & tools correspond to the operational & safety requirements The jobholder will also guide and advise operators to take into account quality aspects to avoid any future issues, e.g. shop floor operators and software programmers etc.

10. Mechanical engineering at least Master's / Diploma degree program
professional experience:
11. Aerospace at least 3 years
12. Experience in quality inspection is required
13. Experience in cleanroom working ISO5 is preferable
IT:
14. MS Excel at least knowledge of detailed functions
15. MS Word at least knowledge of detailed functions
16. SAP at least knowledge of detailed functions
further skills:
17. Knowledge in Incomming Inspections of optic and mechanic is required
18. Airbusexperience is preferable
language skills:
19. German at least business fluent
20. Techn. English reading and understanding and also creating of reports is required
