Responsibilities:
1. Identify and develop new business opportunities in alignment with the agreed strategy.
2. Take responsibility for sales, revenue, profit margin, and customer engagement within the designated area, striving to meet and exceed revenue targets.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with all customers and key accounts in the defined region to ensure optimal product positioning.
4. Expand existing business and actively seek new growth opportunities. Provide estimates of potential pipeline, new prospects, and a clear development strategy for each customer.
5. Ensure regular communication and visits to key accounts to uphold high service standards.
6. Collaborate across departments to swiftly resolve specific customer issues, acting as an effective crisis manager when necessary.
7. Adhere to companies Contract Review Process.
8. Work alongside the marketing team to create industry-specific and customer-centric marketing initiatives that drive business growth. Track and analyze market trends where relevant.
Requirements:
9. must have Sales expertise in C&I and/or utility-scale, residential expertise only will be insufficient
10. At least 10 years of experience in sales management within a similar role, ideally with Lithium-Ion Battery Soluntions
11. Proven ability to develop strong customer relationships and negotiate effectively
12. Deep understanding of key account growth strategies
13. Demonstrated ability to drive sales at a higher level; knowledge of the Energy Storage Systems (ESS) market
14. Comprehensive knowledge of all relevant products and applications
15. Highly self-motivated, with the ability to work independently
16. Capability to draft clear and insightful reports on customer interactions
17. Strong IT proficiency, including expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
18. Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken
