Your tasks:
1. Error analysis together with customer and developing solution
2. Technical support for our customers
3. Participation in projects in the area of complaints management and submission of suggestions for improvement
4. Customer-orientated processing and proper documentation of claims
5. The training (3 - 6 weeks) takes place in Fürstenfeldbruck (Germany)
Your skills:
6. Technical apprenticeship in the field of refrigeration/air conditioning or electrics/electronics (motor management, bus communication)
7. High customer orientation and strong communication skills
8. Good knowlege of MS Office and ERP
9. Fluent English knowledge, German basic would be a plus
