Deine Mission: Die Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung unserer SaaS Enterprise Lösung Shiftconnector® vorantreiben.
Deine Aufgaben
* Du entwickelst und konzipierst Lösungen zur Optimierung der Datenhaltung
* Du entwickelst Frontend - und Backend-Komponenten unter Verwendung neuster Technologien
* Du entwickelst und optimierst bestehende Screens und Backend Services
* Du förderst Code Reviews und Best Practices für die Softwareentwicklung
* Du dokumentierst Architekturen und technische Lösungen
* Zur Klärung technischer Anforderungen gehst du analytisch vor und arbeitest eng mit unseren Kunden zusammen
* Du arbeitest mit anderen Entwicklern zusammen, um innovative und zuverlässige Lösungen zu entwickeln
* Du stehst im direkten Austausch mit unseren Kunden, um Anforderungen zu verstehen, zu präzisieren und in umsetzbare Lösungen zu implementieren
* Du bearbeitest komplexe Supportfälle (3rd Level) und reagierst auf Incidents
Was du mitbringst
* Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung im Bereich Informatik/Computer Science/Software Engineering oder vergleichbar.
* Du konntest bereits 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in .NET Framework und React/Typescript sammeln.
* Du kennst dich mit der Container-Architektur und Microservices aus
* Du hast Erfahrung in Testing wie Nunit und Playwright
* Mit DevOps-Praktiken bist du bestens vertraut
* Du verfügst über Kenntnisse im SDLC sowie in Microsoft SQL Server, Elastic Search und NoSQL oder Document Database Technologien
* Komplexe technische Herausforderungen bringen dich nicht aus der Ruhe
* Du bist ein Teamplayer mit exzellenten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
* Du denkst analytisch, bist lösungsorientiert und hast ein agiles Mindset
* Fließende Kommunikation in Englisch mit Kunden ist für dich kein Problem

We are looking for a technically skilled professional to join our development team in Bad Säckingen!
Are you an experienced Full Stack Developer (m/f/d) who thinks in terms of end-to-end solutions? If so, you’re exactly the person we want on our team.
Your mission will be to drive the continuous development and optimization of our SaaS enterprise solution, Shiftconnector®.
Your tasks
* You design and implement innovative solutions to optimize data management
* You develop modern frontend and backend components using cutting-edge technologies
* You continuously improve existing user interfaces and backend services for better performance and usability
* You advocate for clean code, conduct code reviews, and promote software development best practices
* You document software architectures and technical concepts in a clear and structured way
* You take an analytical approach to gathering and refining technical requirements in close collaboration with our clients
* You work hand-in-hand with cross-functional development teams to build scalable and reliable software solutions
* You communicate directly with clients to understand their needs and translate them into actionable, effective solutions
* You take ownership of complex 3rd-level support cases and ensure quick resolution of incidents
Your profile
* You have a degree or completed training in computer science, software engineering or related field
* You bring at least five years of professional experience working with the .NET Framework and React/TypeScript
* You are confident working with container architectures and microservices.
* You have hands-on experience with testing frameworks such as NUnit and Playwright.
* You are well-versed in DevOps practices and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD).
* You have a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and are familiar with technologies like Microsoft SQL Server, Elasticsearch, and NoSQL or document databases
* You enjoy solving complex technical challenges and approach them with confidence
* You are a team player with strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
* You think analytically, act solution-oriented, and thrive in agile environments
* You are fluent in English and comfortable communicating directly with clients.
