Cyber Security Expert As a cybersecurity expert, you will assume a specialized role in ensuring the safe operation of rail vehicles and their infrastructure. You have several years of practical experience in implementing cybersecurity projects in the field of operational technology, particularly with the standards IEC 62443 (industrial automation and control systems) or ISO 27001 (information security management). Ideally, you have experience in the railway industry or in critical infrastructure environments. Area of responsibility Advising clients on optimizing cyber security governance and risk management strategies. Analysis of existing IT and OT systems. Identification of potential vulnerabilities in train control systems and communication networks. Conducting risk analyses and vulnerability assessments as well as developing security concepts. Participation in the development of a new business area in collaboration with the leadership team in the field of cyber security for OT systems in the railway and transport industry. Requirements Completed studies in computer science, business informatics with a focus on IT security or comparable qualification in the IT security field. Several years of professional experience in IT security, preferably in the railway environment. Experience with IEC 62443, ISO 27001 and/or certification in the field of cyber security or OT security is an advantage. Experience in working with international and interdisciplinary teams. Structured and solution-oriented way of working, combined with a high level of initiative and decisiveness. Very good communication in German and English, any additional foreign language is a plus.
