Marketing Operations Manager
We are looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing operations and campaign management, with excellent organizational skills and project management experience.
Key responsibilities:
* Support global marketing teams in planning, coordinating, and executing campaigns that align with regional and business priorities.
* Develop and optimize campaign structures, including workflows, timelines, tools, and documentation.
* Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure campaign objectives and results are aligned.
* Monitor performance and operational KPIs to improve process efficiency and campaign effectiveness.
* Ensure consistent campaign execution while considering local requirements and compliance guidelines.
* Work together with the Group Lead Marketing - Go To Market to identify and implement best practices and suitable tools.

* At least 2 years of practical experience in marketing operations and campaign management.
* Outstanding organizational skills and project management competence with a high degree of detail accuracy.
* Excellent German and English language skills in writing and speech – essential for collaboration with our global teams.
* Documented experience in supporting B2B marketing initiatives.
* Able to work cross-functionally in a dynamic and successful environment.
* Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented working style.
* Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot or other marketing automation platforms is desirable.
