Beschreibung

Ihre Aufgaben:


* Independently support the Managing Director in daily operations and cooperate with global management and Chinese headquarters and joint entity in Sweden.
* Full calendar and time management: schedule and coordinate appointments, internal/external meetings, business trips and travel arrangements — including expense report preparation
* Prepare, support and follow up on conferences, board-meetings, management meetings, corporate communications and correspondences
* Create agendas, pre-meeting briefings, minutes and meeting papers; coordinate follow-up actions
* Draft and coordinate emails, letters, presentations and documents in English, Chinese
* Coordinate communication, reporting and alignment with our joint entity in Sweden, ensuring smooth information flow making across sites
* Coordinate internal and external communication as a trusted “gate-keeper”: with customers, partners, subsidiaries, global management / headquarters
* Organize corporate events, visits, guest reception — also manage event logistics and invitations if required
* Support or coordinate small to medium projects (e.g. corporate communications, internal organizational tasks, cross-office coordination)
* Act as a liaison between German operations, Chinese parent company and the Swedish joint-entity to ensure smooth multinational operations



Ihre Qualifikationen:


* Degree in business administration (BWL) or equivalent commercial/secretarial training
* Professional experience in assistance, executive support or a comparable role — preferably in an international or cross-cultural environment
* Excellent communication skills for Fluency in English and Chinese; German,skills are a plus but not required
* Excellent command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook/calendar tools; comfortable with digital systems
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills; ability to act reliably under pressure and with changing demands
* High level of discretion, integrity and reliability
* Proactive, self-driven personality with entrepreneurial mindset
* Flexibility regarding occasional international travel when required
