Your daily tasks will include
️ Developing and executing a global social media strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and emerging platforms.
️ Creating and optimizing engaging content, transforming complex topics into videos, infographics, and visuals.
️ Running always-on and trend-driven campaigns to boost engagement, traffic, and lead generation.
️ Monitoring social media KPIs, optimizing performance, and providing data-driven insights.
️ Establishing Cloudflight as a thought leader in AI, digital innovation, and software engineering.
️ Collaborating with influencers and industry leaders to enhance reach and credibility.
️ Supporting sales teams with social selling strategies, content, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
️ Working with content creators and experts to produce SEO-optimized digital assets like whitepapers, videos, and eBooks.
The following will make you succeed in this role
️ 3–5+ years of experience in B2B social media and content marketing, preferably in tech or software industries.
️ Strong understanding of LinkedIn and other B2B-relevant platforms; familiarity with paid social ad platforms.
️ Proven ability to manage multiple content streams and campaigns simultaneously.
️ Experience with social analytics tools (., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, LinkedIn Analytics).
️ Excellent copywriting, editing, and visual storytelling skills.
️ Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing best practices, and marketing automation is a plus.
️ Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and subject matter experts.
️ Fluent in English; additional European languages a plus.
