Job Description
* Handling complex tasks both internally and externally; defining specific actions and means of compliance
* Acting as integrator for complex airframe structural elements
* Planning required activities and identifying the necessary competences and capabilities based on defined deliverables
* Working as part of a team within an airframe work package to ensure timely and quality deliverables
* Ensuring structural integrity with optimized weight and performance of airframe components; proposing design and cost-optimization improvements
* Establishing check procedures and progress monitoring aligned with the program process to ensure deliverables are met in time and with quality
* Identifying and promoting opportunities for digitalization and automation in airframe design analysis processes, methods, and tools

Requirements Profile
* Recognized expert in the field of airframe design
* Engineering degree (MA Eng/Sc, Dr./PhD.) in materials, aeronautics/aviation, or mechanical engineering
* Over 10 years of professional experience in relevant fields of aircraft development and airframe design
* Broad knowledge of airframe certification requirements, design criteria, materials, methods, and tools
* Experience in new aircraft development (CS25)
* Ability to prioritize, manage, and execute multiple tasks simultaneously
* Experience in product development across several aircraft programs
* Capable of leading and instructing complex tasks internally and externally
* Excellent presentation, communication, and leadership skills
* Proficiency in Catia V5, PLM 3D-Experience, and Microsoft Office
